Student fee payment update:

We are making updates to our payment options.

Credit card payments are no longer available through the CIBC Student Pay Portal and can now be made through our Flywire payment platform.

To make a payment, please select one of the options below and follow the instructions.

Methods of Payment

The following forms of payment are accepted:

  • Sheridan has partnered with Flywire to accept domestic and international payments.

Flywire offers secure, flexible options to pay from 240 countries and territories in over 140 currencies. You can choose from hundreds of local payment methods, including Interac, bank transfers, and e-wallets and credit cards.

Visit Flywire to see the payment options available to you.

  • This option allows you to pay at a preferred currency rate. Foreign Exchange rates offered by CIBC are locked-in for 72 hrs. Depending on your country, various payment options such as local bank transfer, and Union Pay are available.

You can pay using CIBC Student Pay by visiting cibc.sheridancollege.ca. Sign-in using your Sheridan Login information.

  • Internet banking is available for Canadian bank accounts (use Sheridan College as the payee, and your student number as the reference/account number), at the branch or through telephone banking.

  • Sheridan College has partnered with Passage to offer international students repayable loan options for select programs. This initiative provides a flexible financial aid alternative to help students fund their education. For further details on eligibility and how to apply, please visit the Passage website.

No other forms of payment are accepted.

How to avoid fraud

Consider these tips from CIBC on how to avoid fraud when making payments online.

Withdrawals and Refund Policy

Sheridan must be notified of all withdrawals before the 10th day of classes by completing a service request through myStudentCentre.

For deferral and refund processes and policies, please refer to the Withdrawals and Refunds page.

Payment Options

Students in attendance for two or more consecutive academic semesters who are unable to pay FULL fees of two semesters by the due date have the option to split their fee payment. If you are a new student starting at Sheridan, please refer to your fee estimate for more information.

Payment Due Date

If you are a new student starting at Sheridan, payment is to be received by Sheridan on or before the date indicated on your fee estimate. If you are a returning student, please refer to the Fee Deadlines page for payment due dates.

Note: To ensure your seat in your program, please allow sufficient time for certified cheque/international money orders sent by mail, payment via wire at your financial institution, or via CIBC Student Pay (preferred method), to reach Sheridan by the due date.

If your payment has not been received by Sheridan within the expected time frame, please contact your financial institution.
